The first thing we will need to do is get measurements of the backyard space and elevation. This will help us in the design and planning phases and it will also determine the size and shape of the pool.

Before we start designing or pricing, we want to hear from you what you would like to create. Whether you want a family fun recreational pool or a resort-style oasis, we want to make sure we have a good understanding of your needs.

Set a budget

The sky is the limit when building a custom pool, but we want to make sure we are staying within your means. We will provide a project quote that outlines the scope of the project and a budget for every aspect of the the build.

Design your custom waterscape

With approval of the scope and budget, we move right into design. We will pull together samples of materials, photos of similar finished projects and provide a detailed drawing of the entire waterscape.

Permitting

We will pull all of the necessary permits for the project. We are a licensed general contractor and can handle all permitting on your behalf. You can sit back and relax.

Construction

With the permits in place and the designs approved, we are ready to get started with construction. The construction timeline varies based on the scope of the project, but we will provide a detailed timeline and keep you informed throughout the process.

Project Completion

Once we complete construction, we will review the pool with you and walk you through all of the necessary maintenance steps that you will need to be familiar with. We will prepare the pool for immediate use, then it is time for you to take over.
